Structure and operating principle:

Usage instructions:
1.Access to power, to see whether the turn direction is right.

6. Note to inspect hammer and bolt, found loose ,fasten immediately, hammer and bolts of serious wear and tear should be replaced.

8. Frequently used machine should be checked whether they lack of bearing grease.should add the butter 3-4 hours per time, not add too much.
Use methods:
1.when using this machine, do not change the power and speed, sharpening angle and maintain the original 28-30 °.
2. Change the particles, change Luo and adjust the knife should at the same time. luo hole is not less than the smallest 14mm (diameter), the largest not more than 20mm (diameter), transfer knife length between 3-6mm, the gap between bottom knife board and knife is not more than 1mm.
3. It can grind the timber diameter below 3cm-20cm into a granular.

Maintenance:
1.bearing should be added butter in time, continuous work 3-4 hours filling butter one time, Should be observed.
2. using triangle for a period of time should be re-adjusted the tightness. drop 6-10mm appropriate.
3. Every day after work, the machine should be cleaned, check whether the machine cracks or other problems, Should be timely maintenance.
